Raw Vegan Parmesan

Being French Canadian, the thing I miss the most while being plant-based is without a doubt cheese, I devote quite a bit of time to creating cheese replacement. One I always have ready on my shelves is this macadamia parmesan.
Recipe
1. Use a fine hand grater, and grate one by one, macadamias into a bowl.
2.Once it's full, add salt and nutritional yeast to taste (for 1 cup I use 2 tbsp of yeast and about 1 tsp of salt) Amazing on caesar salad, pasta, soups, wraps, toast, and pretty much everything else in between ;)
