Raw Pumpkin Spice Hummus


To make sure I always have something healthy at hand, I carry those items ready in my fridge in all time: hummus, seed cracker, sliced veggies, vegan cheese, dry veggies and fruits, a bag of greens, and fresh fruit


I love to dedicate an afternoon of food prep in the weekend, its truly a game changers for the busy week days! It allows me to make my health a priority, while having a fun day of playing with colorful food while listening to my faves podcast and music.


Here's my pumpkin hummus recipe


  • .2 cup of overnight soaked chickpeas

  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp of tahini

  • Half a cup of grated fresh pumpkin

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice

  • 1/2 tsp of nut meg

  • Dash of cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp of agave or maple syrup

  • Salt + Pepper
