Raw and Warm Spicy Tomato soup



Now that's a nice, warm, rich bowl of happiness 😄


All you need is a high speed blender



Ingredients

  • 1 pound of tomatoes

  • Half a cup of basil

  • Half an avocado

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 4 dates

  • 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp of cayenne

  • 1 tbsp of Italian herbs

  • Salt + pepper


Blend for 3 to 5 minutes to get it warm, yet still raw. Cover with sprouts or fresh chopped greens
