. In a large pan or pot, boiled 5 cups of water
. Add 5 tomatoes, 1 sweet potatoes, few garlic cloves, 1 onions, 15 green beans, 1 carrots, 2 apple, 2 sweet corn, 10 aspergus, 10 mushrooms.
. Spices: 2 tbsp of vegetable broth. 1tbsp of cumin. 1 tbsp of garlic powder. 1tbsp of onion powder. 1tbsp of paprika. 1tbsp of tumeric powder. Some fresh or grounded oregano. Salt + pepper
. Let it cook for 45 minutes
. On the side, cook some chickpeas or dry soy protein
Once ready, put the veggie mix with 1 cup of the broth, and 1/2 cup of the soy protein (or chickpeas) into a blender.
In the blender, add 1 tbps of miso paste, and half a cup of coconut milk. Blend that thing! Voila!
