Only 3 ingredients: Gluten free, Oil Free, Vegan Fabulous Muffins

These are beyond simple and incridibky tasty. Especially, with a little spread of peanut butter on top!


  • 1 1/4 cup of oats

  • 3/4 cup of cashew (or any nuts)

  • 1 1/2 cup of water . Blend till watery

Add to the mix

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder + 1 1/4 of oats

  • Touch of salt and 2 table spoon of cinnamon. Blend it all!

Once in the muffin tray, add the sugar-free vegan chocolate chip. (The recipe is for 6 muffins). Leave in oven for 20 min at 375 F.

A prefect, guilt free, protein packed and tasty snack!
