How To Sprout Beans And Seeds




The power of sprouts! 🌱


Incredibly easy to grow yourself, they are packed with proteins (7 grams by cup}, and low in calories (82 by cups)


Sprouting your beans increases the nutritional value, for example, some amino acids expand up to 30%


They are rich in folate, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, vitamin C and K


Why are they the ideal proteins for PCOS? Because they help keep blood sugar under control. Also, they are so cheap and easy to make. For half a cup of seeds ( lentils, mung beans, soy beans, garbanzo beans, etc) you get about 4 cups of sprouts!


Here's how to get your sprouting game on!


You need a jar with a lid that will allow it to breathe. Put 1/2 cup of desired bean or seeds, into the jar with 2 cups of water. Let it soaked for 12hours


Drain the jar, let the future sprouts somewhere luminous, yet no direct sun.


Each day, rinse the seeds 2 to 3 times a day. Day 3 or 4, you are ready to eat them! Keep in fridge up to a week
