Easy Raw Seed Crackers




I got to have that crisp factor in my life in the daily, you know, that chip feeling. Oh the satisfaction I get from it! These are treat like, yet filled of proteins, omegas, healthy fats, healing herbs, and B12 vitamins!


(If you don't own a dehydrator, in the oven at 100 degree works just fine)


  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup of sesame seeds

  • 1 cup of flax powder

  • 2 tsp of salt

  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp of onion powder

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp cayenne

  • 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast

  • 1 cup of water


Mix everything (expect the yeast) in a large bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. The flax powder becomes the binding agent with some times.


Spread thin on your baking sheet. Add the yeast on top of it. Forget it for few hours (4 to 6) in dehydrator (or longer if you spread it thick) until it is super crispy. Brake it into bits and enjoy!
